A business listing page is not showing availability
Individual business listing pages can display live availability from the Availability Search Engine, but this requires the entry to be correctly linked to a property. If availability is not appearing on a listing page, check the following.
Check the Property field is populated
Open the business entry and look for the Property field. If it is empty, no availability can be displayed- the frontend has no property to request availability for. Select the correct property and save the entry.
Check the linked property is correct
If a property is selected but the availability shown seems wrong or unexpected, confirm you have linked the entry to the correct property. Open the property selector and verify the property name matches the business you are editing.
Check the site has an active connection
Availability on listing pages is drawn from the Availability Search Engine via the site's active connection. If the connection is disabled or does not have Properties enabled, availability cannot be displayed even if the entry is correctly linked. Go to Availability Search > Connections to verify.
Check the entry is live
Confirm the entry is enabled and not sitting behind a future publish date. A disabled or pending entry will not display availability on the frontend.
