A business user says they can't access AccessIndex

If a business user reports that the AccessIndex button is unavailable or the feature is not working for them, work through the following checks.

Check they are assigned as a business admin
The most common reason is that the user is not listed as a business admin for the entry in question. Open the entry and check the Business Admins field to confirm the user appears there. If they are not listed, add them and save the entry- they should then be able to request a login link.

Check the entry has been saved
If the entry is new and has never been saved, the button will remain disabled regardless of the user's role. Ensure the entry has been saved at least once.

Check they are using the correct email address
The login link is sent to the email address registered on their CMS user account. If they have recently changed their email address, or if they are checking a different inbox, they may be missing the link. Confirm which email address is associated with their account.

Check they are on the correct entry
Confirm the user is looking at the correct live, enabled entry for their business- not a draft, a disabled version, or an entry for a different listing.

If none of the above resolves it, contact DestinationCore. There may be an account-level or integration issue that requires investigation on the AccessIndex platform side.
