How do I connect the CMS to the Availability Search Engine?

The connection between the CMS and the Availability Search Engine is managed from Availability Search > Connections in the control panel.

What you need
To set up a connection, you need a Personal Access Token from the DestinationCore Availability Search Engine platform. This token authenticates the CMS and identifies which destination's data to sync. If you do not have a token, contact DestinationCore.

Setting up the connection
Go to Availability Search > Connections and choose New Connection.
Enter your API Token in the field provided.
Use the toggles to enable Properties, Experiences, or both for this connection.
Select which sites this connection should be active for.
Save the connection.
Once saved, the CMS will validate the token, auto-populate the Location Name and UUID fields, and queue an initial sync to pull in your properties and/or experiences.

One connection per site
Each site in your CMS can have only one active connection. If your CMS manages multiple sites, each site will need its own connection with the appropriate token for that destination.

Initial connection setup is typically carried out by DestinationCore during site setup. Contact the team if you need to establish a new connection or replace an existing one.
