How do I customise the appearance of my emails?
The visual appearance of your generated emails is controlled by the Template Settings section within the Email Automation configuration page. Changes made here apply to all campaigns generated for that site.
Colour settings
Primary Colour- the main brand colour used for headings, buttons, and accents.
Secondary Colour- a supporting colour used for secondary elements.
Background Colour- the overall background of the email body.
Layout settings
Content Width- controls how wide the email is. Options are Narrow (500px), Standard (600px), and Wide (700px). Standard is the recommended setting for most email clients.
Image Position- controls whether article images appear to the left, right, or centred relative to their text.
Image Size- controls the display size of images. Options are Small, Medium, and Large.
Typography
The Font Family setting allows you to choose between Arial, Helvetica, Georgia, and Times New Roman. These are web-safe fonts that render reliably across all email clients.
Button style
Call-to-action buttons can be styled as Rounded (slightly curved corners), Pill (fully rounded), or Square (sharp corners).
Logo
You can optionally include a logo at the top of each email. Enable the Use Logo toggle, then select an image from your CMS media library and provide appropriate alt text. The logo asset must be uploaded to your media library before it can be selected here.
