How do I link a business entry to an Availability Search property?

For live availability to appear on an individual business listing page, the business entry in the CMS needs to be linked to its corresponding property in the Availability Search Engine. This is done through the Property field on the entry.

Finding the Property field
Open the business or accommodation entry you want to link. Look for a field labelled Property- this will typically appear in a dedicated tab or section of the entry's field layout. The field allows you to select a single property from the synced property list.

Selecting the right property
Click the field to open the property selector. Search by name or browse the list to find the matching property, then select it and save the entry.

One property per entry
Each business entry can be linked to only one property. If a business listing covers multiple units that exist as child properties, link the entry to the parent property- the frontend will handle displaying the relevant availability from there.

If the property is not in the list
If the property you need is not available to select, it may not have been synced yet. Go to Utilities > Availability Search and trigger a manual sync, then try again. If the property is still missing after the sync completes, contact DestinationCore.
