How do I link experiences to an entry?
As well as properties, you can link Availability Search experiences to entries in the CMS. This is done through the Experiences field, which works similarly to the Property field but allows multiple selections.
Finding the Experiences field
Open the entry you want to link experiences to and look for a field labelled Experiences. If this field is not visible, the entry type may not be configured to support experiences, or it may not be included in the layout for your user role. Contact your site administrator if you expect to see this field but cannot.
Selecting experiences
Click the field to open the experience selector. Search by name or browse to find the relevant experiences, select one or more, and save the entry.
When to link experiences
Link experiences to entries where the frontend is configured to display bookable activities- for example, on activity listing pages or pages dedicated to a specific experience provider.
