How do I manually trigger a sync?

If you need to pull fresh data from the Availability Search Engine immediately- for example, after new properties have been added to the platform- you can trigger a sync manually from within the CMS.

How to trigger a manual sync
Go to Utilities in the CMS control panel.
Find the Availability Search utility.
Choose Sync Properties, Sync Experiences, or both as appropriate.
What happens after triggering
The sync is added to the CMS queue and will process in the next available queue run. Once complete, new or updated properties and experiences will appear in the Availability Search section of the control panel.

A manual sync replaces outdated data rather than adding to it. If a property or experience has been removed from the Availability Search Engine, it may also be removed from the CMS during a sync.
