I completed a survey but the accessibility information hasn't updated on the entry
If you have submitted your survey on the AccessIndex platform but the accessibility fields on the business entry have not been updated, work through the following checks.
Allow a few minutes
The survey results are sent back to the CMS automatically after submission, but there may be a short delay. Wait a few minutes and refresh the business entry to check whether the fields have updated.
Confirm the survey was fully submitted
Check whether you reached the confirmation screen on the AccessIndex platform. If the survey was saved as a draft but not fully submitted, the results will not have been sent to the CMS. Return to AccessIndex and confirm the survey has been submitted in full.
Check the correct entry is linked
Survey results are tied to the specific CMS entry that was used when you originally requested the login link. If you completed the survey using a link requested from a different entry, the results may have been sent to the wrong entry. Check both entries in the CMS.
If the fields remain empty after 15 minutes, contact DestinationCore. There may be an issue with the webhook connection between AccessIndex and your CMS that requires investigation.
