I requested a login link but haven't received the email

If you clicked the button, saw the success message, but no email has arrived, work through the following checks.

Check your spam or junk folder
Emails from AccessIndex may occasionally be filtered into spam. Check your spam or junk mail folder before assuming the email has not been sent.

Check you are looking in the right inbox
The login link is sent to the email address associated with your CMS user account. If you have more than one email address, confirm you are checking the inbox for the address you use to log in to the CMS.

Wait a few minutes and try again
There may be a short delay in email delivery. Wait a few minutes, then return to the business entry in the CMS and click the button again to request a fresh link.

If emails continue not to arrive after multiple attempts, contact DestinationCore. There may be a configuration issue with the AccessIndex integration or a problem with email delivery from the AccessIndex platform.
