My ad image is appearing in the wrong size or is cropped
Ad placements on the site use a fixed square format of 300x300 pixels. If your ad image is not appearing as expected, the most likely cause is that the source image does not match this format.
Preparing ad artwork
For best results, upload ad images that are square- either exactly 300x300 pixels, or a larger square that can be scaled down cleanly. Images that are not square will be cropped to fit the 300x300 format, which may cut off parts of your design.
Avoid placing important content such as text or logos close to the edges of your artwork, as cropping may remove these elements. Keep key visual content centred within the image.
Replacing an existing ad image
If an ad is displaying a previous version of the image after you have updated it, the site cache may not have cleared yet. This should resolve automatically within a short time. If it persists, contact your site administrator to clear the cache.
