My ad isn't appearing on the site
If an ad has been created and saved but is not showing up on the site, work through the following checks.
Check the ad is enabled
Open the ad in the CMS and confirm the enabled toggle in the top right corner is switched on. A disabled ad will not be shown on the site regardless of any other settings.
Check the start date has been reached
If a start date has been set, the ad will not appear before that date. Confirm the start date is today or in the past. If it is still in the future, the ad is scheduled but not yet live.
Check the end date has not passed
If an end date was set and it has already passed, the ad has been automatically retired and will no longer show. Update the end date if the campaign should still be running.
Check the maximum view limit has not been reached
If a Max Views limit was set, check the Total Views count on the ad. If total views have reached or exceeded the maximum, the ad has been retired automatically. Increase the Max Views limit or set it to zero for unlimited views if the ad should continue showing.
Check the ad has an image
An ad without an image will not display on the site. Open the ad and confirm an image is attached to it.
Check the page has an ad placement
Not all pages on the site include an ad placement. If you are looking for the ad on a page that does not have an ad zone configured, it will not appear there regardless of targeting settings. Contact your site administrator to confirm which pages support ad placements.
