My campaign has been generated but isn't appearing in Mailchimp
After a campaign is generated in the CMS, it is created in Mailchimp as part of the same process. If the campaign appears in the CMS but cannot be found in your Mailchimp account, the following checks should help.
Check the campaign status in the CMS
Open the campaign in the Campaigns section of Email Automation and check its status. A campaign with a Draft status has been created locally but may not yet have been fully synced to Mailchimp. A campaign showing a Synced status has been successfully created in Mailchimp. If the status is Draft, the Mailchimp sync may have encountered an error. Contact your site administrator to investigate.
Check you are looking in the right Mailchimp account
Confirm that the Mailchimp account connected to your CMS is the same account you are checking. If your organisation has more than one Mailchimp account, the campaign may have been sent to a different one than expected.
Check the Mailchimp API credentials are valid
If the Mailchimp API key configured in your Email Automation settings has expired, been revoked, or is incorrect, campaigns cannot be created in Mailchimp. Contact your site administrator to verify that the API key is still valid and has the correct permissions.
Check the audience exists in Mailchimp
If the audience selected in the campaign template has been deleted or archived in Mailchimp, campaigns targeting it may fail to create. Contact your site administrator to update the template with a valid audience.
