The "Request AccessIndex Login Link" button is greyed out- why?

There are two reasons the button may be disabled, each with a different message.

"Save Entry to Enable AccessIndex"
If you are working on a new entry that has not been saved yet, the button will be disabled. The AccessIndex integration requires the entry to exist in the CMS before a login link can be generated, because the entry's ID is used to identify which business the survey relates to on the AccessIndex platform. Save the entry first, then return to request the login link.

"You are not a business admin for this business"
If this message appears, your user account is not assigned as a business admin for the entry you are looking at. The login link request is restricted to business admins to ensure surveys are completed by the business owner. If you believe you should have business admin access for this listing, contact your site administrator to review your user permissions.
