What is AccessIndex and what does it do?

AccessIndex is an accessibility surveying platform that integrates with the CMS to help businesses document and communicate their accessibility features to visitors planning a trip to your destination.

The integration allows business owners and managers to complete a detailed accessibility survey for their business directly from within the CMS. The survey itself is hosted on the AccessIndex platform and covers a comprehensive range of accessibility criteria- physical access, parking, facilities, sensory provisions, and more.

Once a business completes their survey on AccessIndex, the results are automatically sent back to the CMS and stored against the business entry. Accessibility criteria and categories are populated on the entry without any manual data entry required.
