Which content sections can be included in a campaign?

Email campaigns are built from published entries in your CMS content sections. The sections available to you depend on which sections exist in your site and which have been enabled in the Email Automation configuration by your site administrator.

The table below lists all sections that can potentially be included in campaigns. Sections marked as Default On are enabled out of the box. All others must be switched on in the Email Automation configuration before they appear as options in campaign templates.


Events (Default)
Upcoming events with dates, venue, and booking information

Offers (Default) Deals, discounts, and special offers from businesses

Blog (Default) Editorial articles and news posts

Experiences (Optional)
Curated visitor experiences and activities

Trails (Optional)
Walking, cycling, and themed trails

Itineraries (Optional)
Multi-day or themed visitor itineraries

Jobs (Optional)
Job listings from businesses in the directory

Competitions (Optional)
Active competitions and prize draws

Business Directory (Optional)
Featured or new business listings

Meet The Team (Optional)
Staff and team member profiles

Locations (Optional)
Location and area guide entries

Resource Hub (Optional)
Industry resources, guides, and downloads

Sustainability (Optional)
Sustainability initiatives and content

Awards & Accreditations (Optional)
Business awards and accreditation listings

Case Studies (Optional)
In-depth case study articles

If a section your site uses is not listed here or is not appearing as an option in campaign templates, contact your site administrator to check whether it needs to be enabled in the Email Automation configuration.
