Why has my ad stopped showing?
If an ad was previously displaying on the site and has since disappeared, one of the following is most likely responsible.
The end date has passed
The most common reason an ad stops showing is that its end date has been reached. Once the end date passes, the ad is automatically retired and removed from all placements. Open the ad in the CMS and check the End Date field. If the date has passed and the campaign should still be running, update the end date and save.
The maximum view limit has been reached
If a Max Views cap was set on the ad, it will stop showing once the total views count reaches that number. Check the Total Views figure against the Max Views setting on the ad. If the cap has been hit and the ad should continue, increase the limit.
The ad has been disabled
Check that the enabled toggle on the ad is still switched on. If the ad has been disabled- either manually or in error- it will not appear on the site.
The ad group has been deleted or changed
If the group the ad belonged to has been deleted, the ad will have been removed with it. If you believe this may have happened, contact your site administrator to investigate.
